Q: Can I return my garment(s)?
A: Absolutely no returns or exchanges on custom work, please refer to our Return Policy
Q: How long does a custom garment take?
A: Turnaround time is typically 6-8 weeks unless otherwise corresponded before payment. Turnaround time also varies during busy seasons and current Covid-19 or related delays.
Q: Will there be any fittings?
A: Yes, we aim for at least 2 but no more than 3 fittings. Additional fittings will be discussed as needed
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Pay
Q: Is there shipping options?
A: Yes! Shipping costs start at $40 for most orders. Please refer to our Shipping Policy
Tailored Couture creates each garment using our client's specific measurements. All quoted prices include custom drafted patterns, sourcing of high quality fabrics and notions, delivery of the agreed upon design, and one complimentary alteration (additional charge for letting garments out.) Anything added that is not listed in the final contractual agreement is subject to additional fees of which 65% of the balance is due at the time of request.
